I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2003 and have been training clients professionally for over 18 years. Now my passion is to take the knowledge, experience and wisdom I have accumulated to enhance people’s fitness in a way that will positively impact their whole life. That is why I developed the Badass Body Over 30 Program to solve the problems that stand between us and the health, strength and fitness we want.
