You feel like indulging in junk food but you’re not hungry so you don’t eat….you CHOOSE not to eat.
That is freedom. Freedom from cravings.
You want to stay in bed on a cold morning…..you CHOOSE not to and get up and go instead.
That is freedom. Freedom from mental weakness.
You think you need approval from others but instead you CHOOSE to not care.
That is freedom from insecurities.
There is freedom in self-regulation and self-regulation is all about choosing the right actions.
The more you do it the more free from habitual thinking you become.
Remain aware of how often you choose to be free…..it’s empowering!
