Your Big Ego Can Make You Successful

I know it’s not a popular opinion but I am not one of those people that think too much ego is a bad thing.

Like anything else, when egos get out of hand and are used for malice they can be the downfall of a man.

On the other hand, there are plenty of men that have massive egos yet are effective and even well liked leaders.

I have maintained long term friendships with several men with powerful egos.

These men will be the first to admit they have big egos but they are not apologetic about it.

They have perfected the art of using their inflated ego to manipulate the world so they always come out on top, and it’s working, very well….these are the most successful of my friends.

I don’t confuse ego with other qualities that contribute to success. Things like motivation, inspiration, vision, and a lack of fear are also present in these men but ego is the thing that converts these qualities into powerful tools for success.

These men’s ego brings out a level of self-confidence coupled with a sense of self-worth and that fuels their bold action, which usually leads to success for anyone.

Sometimes a big ego produces a big personality which produces a picture of confidence. People respond very well to confident men and that, when implemented correctly, can be a powerful recipe for success.

Onward!
