The macro assessment is a science based individual specific assessment of the caloric intake you need broken down into carbs, fats and proteins for you to reach your specific goals.


We can assist you in reaching your specific goals through weekly re-evaluations of your meal plan based on current body composition and end goals.

I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After graduation I went on to renew my personal training certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have since developed Be Strong Stay Fit™ and have made a career out of helping others live balanced, healthy lives while reaching their fitness goals.
