It’s about being consistent when making the choices that serve us. Not only to make us better physically but in all aspects of our lives. That said there is a lot of misinformation, confusion, and flat out gimmicks in the fitness industry that are nothing but empty promises. I only use time tested, battle proven, scientific methods that have made countless clients and my own results much easier. I break down the specific ratios of protein, carbs, and fats and adjust them as often as you will need to move you toward the body composition you want. I also provide a meal plan to demonstrate good choices that will help you hit your totals for the day.
I will give you the exercises and guidance that will get you the results you want. No more guesswork about should I do this workout or that workout. You will know exactly what to do when you walk in the gym so you can confidently execute and get on with your day.
This is the difference maker. Weekly Check Ins to ensure that you’re staying on track. And if not, we find out what is standing in the way and strategize how we overcome the issue together. This isn’t me making a meal plan and workout routine for you and saying, “Good Luck”. This is coaching, so if you have questions or problems, you have access to me daily.
I have been passionate about fitness since I was a kid. This helped lead me down a path to athletics, lifting weights, and eventually bodybuilding where I went on to achieve my pro card. I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2003 and have been training clients professionally for over 18 years. Now my passion is to take the knowledge, experience and wisdom I have accumulated to enhance people’s fitness in a way that will positively impact their whole life. That is why I developed the Badass Body Over 30 Program to solve the problems that stand between us and the health, strength and fitness we want.
