I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After graduation I went on to renew my personal training certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have since developed Be Strong Stay Fit™ and have made a career out of helping others live balanced, healthy lives while reaching their fitness goals.

20 years experience. Over 6000 clients coached to
fat loss and fitness success. Police officer in Georgia at 23 years old (now retired). Certified trainer. Husband, father of four beautiful kids, and a business owner.

I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2003 and have been training clients professionally for over 18 years. Now my passion is to take the knowledge, experience and wisdom I have accumulated to enhance people’s fitness in a way that will positively impact their whole life. That is why I developed the Badass Body Over 30 Program to solve the problems that stand between us and the health, strength and fitness we want.
